C25K

Me and SRB are unofficially joining a fitness regime program called c25k, which I recently found out, thanks to nadi0. It's a program that according to the site, "has been designed to get just about anyone from the couch to running 5 kilometers or 30 minutes in just 9 weeks". Not like we're really an established couch-potato or anything laa - nowadays we hardly have time to watch the news or any program in Astro, buat rugi bayar jek. And not that we really wanna start running for marathons sana sini jugak. It's cliche but true - we're just trying to lead a healthy lifestyle hihihi!

Basically in this program,
you just follow the fitness schedule that they provide for free and after 9 weeks, they say you'd be able to run for 5-km marathon or more, HOPEFULLY. So far, baru berjaya buat 1 je hahaha! Come on dearrrr, we've gotta finish the 1st week punya at least! But as we all know, right now it's monsoon season not just in the east coast, but also here in the west coast. So macam susah sikit. Takkan nak lari setempat je kot? Kehkehkeh~

After the first session of alternate jog and run last Saturday, had a nice little treat in Subang Parade's Secret Recipe, eating their melt-on-your-mouth Blueberry Cheese Cake nyummm. Healthy lifestyle lah sangat kannn...apekah Rinaaaa??? Hahahaha!


Takpe, besides TRYING to live healthy, my motto is also to ENJOY little things in life =)
